What You'll Do:

• Cheque Banking: Process and electronically file copy cheques, reconcile cheque logs, and handle banking queries
• Reporting: Produce and distribute reports like daily transaction daybooks and monthly financial reports
• Client Disbursements: Review and manage client disbursements, sending follow-up requests to the billing team
• Credit Control: Support the credit control team with collecting outstanding debts and maintaining financial records
• Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and ensure process documents stay updated
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Help with any additional projects or administrative tasks as needed
