ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Group Finance team operates across our Dublin, Glasgow, Leeds, London, and Manchester offices, supporting our global business. The team includes professionals in Financial Control, Tax, Procurement, Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Legal Billing, and Legal Cashiering—key functions that drive the firm's financial success.

As a Finance Operations Apprentice, you will join a three-year programme designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of finance within a global law firm. You will:

  • Rotate across different seats within our Finance Operations teams.
  • Gain practical experience in various financial disciplines.
  • Work towards completing the Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship (AAT) Level 3 qualification.

Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in one of our Finance areas and continue your career with us (subject to vacancies and performance).

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum qualifications:
    • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, at Grade 4 or above.
    • 3 A-levels (or equivalent) at grades C or above (Accounting or Maths desirable).

The recruitment process is as follows:

  • Eligibility & Application Form
  • Audio (Voice) Interview
  • In-person Assessment Centre 22nd or 29th July 2025 (subject to change)
  • Start date: 29th Sept or 6th Oct 2025 - TBC
  • Applications close 30th June 2025*
