Data Apprenticeship
Do you enjoy problem-solving whilst having great attention to detail? Do you like identifying patterns and trends and ‘finding the story’ within the data? In today’s automotive retailer environment, being able to use data effectively is paramount – both in identifying potential customers who are most likely to make a purchase, or in working with marketing teams to help plan the dealership’s next targeted sales campaign. Your skills will be in high demand and could be relevant to so many different job roles across the Retailer - from HR to Finance to Marketing to Admin….there will be no stopping you!
Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship
Are you passionate about brands, social media, and reaching diverse audiences with your content and ideas? Marketing is a crucial part of any business’s operations, and this qualification gives apprentices lots of flexibility. Toyota is the highest ranked Automotive Brand in the world, constantly evolving with something new just around the corner! As a multi-channel marketing apprentice, you’ll be be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a range of platforms, channels and systems. If you’re looking to do some Social Media marketing as well as some Search Engine optimization work, and some product advertising design, then a marketing apprenticeship with Toyota and Lexus is for you!
Customer Service Apprenticeship
Do you love dealing with people, listening to people, and delivering a high standard of customer experience? Are you passionate about sales and raising the profile of a brand and product? As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be part of a team delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. You’ll be communicating and listening, building rapport and understanding our customers’ requirements. You’ll welcome and greet customers to the dealership, ensure their experience is second to none and assist with general showroom activities. You might assist the customer with understanding our unique in-car technology and get involved in events and promotions attracting in new customers. Customer Service is at the heart of every part of a retailer’s business. If you are looking for a good entry level route into customer service, then this apprenticeship is for you!
Business Admin Apprenticeship
This is our Nuts and Bolts apprenticeship! Are you keen to get stuck into a range of different areas – showing you can solve problems, that you have initiative and that you can manage your own time and priorities? Are you keen on developing your skills across a wide range of office-based areas and roles? The Business Admin Apprenticeship is a broader course than the Customer Service course, covering communication skills and processes, and other aspects of the professional world. It suits almost all office-based roles – so with Business Admin under your belt you will have lots of options with this apprenticeship as your starting point.
