Digital Marketing Apprentice

Vacancy Description: 

Santé Group is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Business Administration & Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting and varied role that offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across business administration, digital marketing, and client onboarding. As part of a newly established team, you will contribute to the smooth integration of clients onto our platforms and assist with various marketing and client service functions. The ideal candidate will have an interest or experience in social media management, IT, business administration, and digital marketing.

 Key Responsibilities (depending on candidate strengths and interests):

  • Assist with onboarding clients onto health, wellbeing, and employee benefits platforms.
  • Prepare proposals, issue service agreements, and communicate with clients via email and phone.
  • Ensure onboarding compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Follow up on documentation and payment submissions from clients.
  • Troubleshoot client queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in creating digital marketing content using Canva and Figma (training provided).
  • Support social media marketing efforts and monitor engagement across platforms.
  • Handle client queries, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage provider relationships.

Essential Skills:

  • A good standard of education with knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service focus, with an ability to manage multiple client needs effectively.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Personal Qualities:

  • Clear telephone manner and active listening skills.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a keen attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • A desire to learn and progress within their career
Entry Requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
 
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Benefits:

  • £17,500 basic salary per annum
  • Office based initially (PR3 5DL). Please note office move planned for July 2025 to PR3 5AQ
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus bank 8 holidays (from 1st January to 31st December). After 3 years of service, you will obtain an additional day’s leave and after 5 years of service you will obtain a second additional day’s leave.
  • Additional one day annual leave for birthday
  • Office hours are 9am to 5pm (4pm unofficial early finish on a Friday)

The following benefits will be provided to you after 3 months employment:

  • Workplace pension 5% Employer contribution, you will also be required to pay 5% Employee contribution (you can join the workplace pension immediately should you wish to do so, if eligible)

The following benefits will be provided to you after 6 months employment:

  • Private Medical Insurance (Sante Group will pay for Employee cover, this will be treated as a P11D benefit)

  • Annual Travel Insurance (Sante Group will pay for Employee cover, this will be treated as a P11D benefit)

Future Prospects: 

90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.  Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
