Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.

We now have an opening for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in our London office. The position will require strong administrative support and assistance. This role is suitable for the challenge orientated individual, who demands high standards and wants to prove that he/she has what it takes to make a difference in our business.

Salary:
£18,000 per annum.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain calendar/appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, events and travel (domestic & international)
  • Liaise with Clients/Colleague establishing reporting needs with accurate information
  • Provide and present data analysis reports to a range of stakeholders in a secure manner in line with GDPR with maintaining proper company documentation at all times
  • Working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, manage and respond to emails and calls
  • Ensure all activities consistent with/supportive of company's business plan and company policy
  • Ensures responsibilities meet expectations in all areas of the job function
  • Planning, organizing, communicating, delegating and following up
  • Prioritizing to ensure deadlines are met

What we are looking for:
Desired skills and qualities: 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great organizational & planning skills
  • Able to take initiative and make decisions based on sound judgement
  • High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Time conscious
  • Strong IT skills, Office (Advanced Excel)

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
