These roles are at the heart of the operation of our centres, ensuring we deliver excellent services to our customers each and every day. Your role will consist of helping and advising customers on leisure activities, bookings and all things customer related as well as ensuring the safety of customers using the pool.
Reporting to the General Manager of the centre, you will need a “can do” approach and a willingness to learn and mature on the job.

Eligibility criteria
When working as a lifeguard at the swimming pool, the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) will be needed. Training for this can be provided through Halo provided you are willing to commit to the course. Please see course pre requisites below.
Every candidate attending a NPLQ course must be 16-years-old at the time of taking the NPLQ final assessment and be able to:
