These roles are at the heart of the operation of our centres, ensuring we deliver excellent services to our customers each and every day. Your role will consist of helping and advising customers on leisure activities, bookings and all things customer related as well as ensuring the safety of customers using the pool.
Reporting to the General Manager of the centre, you will need a “can do” approach and a willingness to learn and mature on the job.

Operational Services Level 2 or Gym Instructing and Fitness level 2 available.

Every candidate attending a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) course must be 16-years-old at the time of taking the NPLQ final assessment and be able to:
When working as a lifeguard at the swimming pool, NPLQ will be needed. Training for this can be provided through Halo provided you’re willing to commit to the course.
