Our Commercial Apprenticeship Programme offers the opportunity to earn-whilst-you-learn – gaining practical, on-the-job experience by working across our four commercial functions (Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product Supply) from Monday to Thursday, whilst studying for a BA Business Management Degree at the University of Kent’s central London campus every Friday. You’ll have real responsibility from day one – undertaking four, nine-month rotations across your three-year apprenticeship, based at our Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey.
In addition to our £25,000 starting salary, you’ll have access to a host of other benefits – including 25 days paid holiday, and options to access private health insurance and a one-for-one share scheme. What’s more, we’ll support you throughout the application process – covering any expenses, such as travel to face-to-face interviews and, if successful, P&G covers apprentices’ university tuition fees.
