Job Description

Turner Duckworth are seeking a bright and organised individual to join our Client Services team as an Apprentice.

It’s a rare opportunity for a recent school leaver to immerse themselves in the world of projects, client relationships, and design. This role will involve learning the fundamentals of how to plan and manage projects, how to build relationships internally and with clients and suppliers, and how to support design teams to deliver great work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with other members of the client services team to help create project documentation: briefs, timelines, cost estimates and status reports
  • Attending meetings (both internal and external) where you may present elements, make notes and contribute to the discussion
  • Working with our Operations Manager to book time, plan billing, support on project admin and planning
  • Working collaboratively with the creative and strategy teams to come up with ideas, generate thinking and problem solve
  • Support the Marketing Manager in creation of some social media content and ideas for Turner Duckworth
  • Get involved in new business opportunities and pitches, supporting with the creation of content as needed
  • Become a member of the team - getting involved in Studio initiatives and activities

The qualification that you will study and achieve on this apprenticeship is a Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive Apprenticeship. 

The deadline to apply for this role is Friday 5th July. 

The proposed start date for this role is September 2024. 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right
  • An interest in brands, branding, design and how people think about these things.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute, willing to try new things
  • An interest in marketing and developing knowledge in this area
  • Adaptability: Someone who can adjust quickly to new tasks and projects and navigate different project requirements

In addition to this, we require all candidates to: 

  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
  • At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • To not hold an undergraduate degree in any subject
  • To have not previously studied the course content 
  • To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
