The CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ) allows you to develop the practical legal skills that employers are looking for and make you stand out in a crowded field of possible candidates.
As a CILEX Lawyer, you will have the right to practice unsupervised in your specialist field and operate at the same level as a solicitor. Alternatively, you can pause or finish your qualification journey at an earlier stage and work as either a CILEX Paralegal or a CILEX Advanced Paralegal.
Whatever you choose, with CPQ you and your employer will have confidence in the quality of your training, clarity about your competencies and reassurance in your status as a regulated professional.

What are the stages
There are three stages to CPQ - Foundation, Advanced and Professional. These provide a smooth, progressive learning experience and a transition between stages that is in line with your progression in the workplace.
Where to study CPQ
CPQ is available through a range of approved training providers ranging from further education colleges to specialist distance learning providers, many offering blended learning and other flexible options.
