The Business 

WTW Enterprise Delivery Organisation (WE DO)

  • WE DO brings together our Operations, Technology, Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (RE&WS), and Global Service Delivery (GSD) into one, unified organisation.
  • Business Operations partners with the segments, geographies and functions, providing operational expertise to deliver efficient and effective services to meet internal and external client requirements and help solve for common needs.
  • Foster a Continuous Improvement mindset among WE DO colleagues
  • Encourage colleagues to “build once, use often” by creating a repository of ideas and solutions that can be reused or repurposed
  • Drive engagement across WE DO by sharing best practices and encouraging cross-team collaborations

Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme

Training & Qualifications 

This Apprenticeship is a 16-month programme where you will be provided on the job training and a highly competitive study support package for the Level 4 Data Analyst qualification. You will be fully supported by WTW and our official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.

Data Analyst apprentices are taught how to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. They are typically involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data, and conducting a range of analytical studies on that data. They'll understand data structures, database systems and procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analyses.

The programme also provides access to senior mentors and a “buddy network” to support your wider career development, with ample networking and experience-building opportunities. 

This foundational programme is part of WTW’s culture of learning, which supports career development for all our colleagues, from apprentices through to senior leaders. You will be a permanent employee from day one and be fully supported by the experts within your team.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications (including at least one STEM related qualification)
  • Enthusiasm to learn about Data Analysis how it relates to the business
  • Problem solving skills, methodical and logical thinking
  • Ability to communicate well to technical and non-technical people
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality of output
  • Develop technical skills and business knowledge to ensure requirements are well understood, and solutions are appropriate
  • An interest in data manipulation and analysis
  • Self-discipline, determination, and an appreciation of the demands of studying while working
  • Ability to learn and follow internal procedures and controls 
  • Desire to take on early responsibility 
  • Initiative and an eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to be part of a team
