Yorkshire Ambulance Service's CEO David Whiting swapped roles with apprentice Daniel Watkin (19) to learn about the real value and impact of Apprenticeships. David, who started out himself as a cadet with the Ambulance Service 30 years ago, went back to the front line and joined Daniel on the Patient Transport Service. The job swap, held at YAS headquarters in Wakefield, was organised ahead of National Apprenticeship Week (#NAW2013), which takes place from 11-15 March 2013.
