Based at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen hospital, her role includes logging and dispatching porter’s jobs, logging sickness records for ISS staff as well as dealing with complaints.
The 23 year old, who volunteers at Alder Hey Children’s hospital in her spare time, heard about the apprenticeship opportunity, through a work colleague.
She is particularly pleased that her role will build knowledge aroundrelevant laws and legislation that arise in the business environment, which will benefit her development in the future.
The variety of the work means every day is different and there are always new people to meet as she deals with the public and a range of multi-disciplinary teams.
