Istudied law at A Level as I thought this would improve my chances of getting a job in law and this proved to be the case because when I left school I was taken on as a legal administration apprentice by Gateley LLP.
I am sponsoring myself through the CILEx Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice in order to be able to progress my career. I love studying the CILEx courses with CILEx Law School as it is so practical especially when working full time. They provide a lot of support when it is needed as well as having flexible deadlines for assignments and mocks, so you can do it in your own time.

Also CILEx has helped me gain more confidence as I am regularly meeting new people who are normally amazed that I am only young (18) and studying towards the qualification.
I am keen to raise awareness about the CILEx qualification particularly to young people before they make the choice to go to university as they may not know about this as a route into law. The CILEx route is more financially available to everyone, especially those that can't afford university or feel that they aren't able to go to university.
Distance learning means that you can study whenever you want to, and the CILEx qualification is really flexible in that you can take time off between stages. For example you can study for a year to get the Level 3 Certificate, and then take time off if required before going on to complete the Professional Diploma.
