I joined BaxterStorey at Oracle as an apprentice where I developed a love for the hospitality industry.
My confidence grew over the 12 month program and I developed a fantastic relationship with the team and customers.
During the program I gained my level 2 qualifications and spent time working in the kitchen, deli bars, coffee bars, hospitality, vending and staff restaurant. I soon grew a passion for everything coffee and decided this is where I wanted to build my career. I regularly participated in our quarterly coffee audits, helping my unit achieve full marks. During my apprenticeship I was also awarded employee of the quarter by the facilities team across the whole of Oracle.
I have now moved on to a new location in Reading where I am a trainee Barista, with big career ambitions to continue developing within this fantastic industry
