“The school was offering to sort out work experience for students, my placement was with ISS.”
George’s favourite part of work experience involved working with an engineer – “I loved working with the engineer who came to fix something in the boardroom, I was doing it without Nigel, I was in charge of sorting out the Wi-Fi.” George goes on to explain –“I enjoyed this as I got control over my work and was able to help out and not be restricted. I like sorting out technical issues.”
George has some good advice for anyone else wanting to complete work experience with ISS – “This time is for you and to improve your knowledge and experience, make the most of it and embrace the environment."
