Sneakers Childcare have been using Aspirations Training for many years to provide Early Years and Childcare NVQs for our staff team. Recently we decided we wished to offer an apprenticeship within our two nurseries. I contacted Lisa Venables at Aspirations to see if they could help us.
From the outset the communication and service provided by Lisa has been first class. Lisa listened carefully to the type of candidate we required and when advertising the apprenticeship vacancy followed our requirements exactly. She kept me fully informed of the candidates she was meeting, emailing across CVs of those she felt would be suitable.
We have recently taken on our first apprentice and the experience that we have had with Aspirations has been so positive that we are now in the process of recruiting a further two apprentices.
