On my programme, I go on loads of different placements. For example, I spent time in the materials section, investigating failures on parts. I also got to do digital work and develop new software.

I really enjoying that my work is split between practical work in a lab and digital work on a computer.  Rolls-Royce does seem like a really massive company when you join but once you’re within a team it’s really rewarding to see the difference we all make to the overall engines and ensure they’re the best they can be.
