Having grown up with a passion for the motor industry, Adam always had the drive to make a successful career as a Part Advisor. Adam started out as a BMW Parts Apprentice with Ocean Plymouth, covering a range of skills and disciplines, including specific focus on customer service and sales, as well as time in the workshop stripping out brakes and dismantling and re-building engines. As a BMW Parts Advisor, Adam’s role involves close liaison with customers, ensuring they are given the best possible experience whether they are replacing a bulb, or adding performance enhancing parts to their track car. Adam’s success does not end there; as he was a finalist for the 2012 IMI Outstanding Achievers Awards.
