Rdi Partners With Tesco To Help Make Uk University Degree Studies More Affordable
4 years ago

At a time when university fees are increasing to £9,000 per year, parents and students are trying to work out how they are going to afford to study for their degree. RDI, who has helped more than 50,000 students over the past 21 years to study, has teamed up with Tesco Clubcard to help towards paying for your university degree using Clubcard rewards.

Not only can you use Tesco Clubcard rewards to put towards your degree costs, but the complete cost of your university degree through RDI can be less than £7,000 and you pay for it over 3 or more years. You pay by module and decide your rate of study. At the end of your degree you graduate without debt to any university or RDI. You’re in control! It's the affordable way to study, work and pay for your degree as you go along and we've now made it even easier to fund your studies if you shop at Tesco!

RDI, who partners with 9 UK universities, has joined forces with Tesco Clubcard to offer 40 qualifications that can be studied by online distance learning and purchased in part with Tesco Rewards. Dr Philip Hallam (RDI Group CEO) is truly excited about the prospect of students paying for their new programme – just by doing their weekly shop:

“It’s a great way to help people to afford to study their degree or MBA. Particularly those busy people who don’t have the time to stop work and have family and other commitments - and don't want to end up with an enormous debt at the end of their studies. We're putting people in control so they can choose when to study and how to pay for it. Studying online already offers considerable benefits to our students above campus study but with Tesco, we’ve made it even easier for our students to help fund their university studies and achieve their career goals.”

Through RDI, a selected number of UK university programmes can be purchased on a “pay-as-you-go” basis meaning that students remain in complete control of their finances and reduce the risk of debt. Because students work online, they also have the time to earn a wage and manage their other commitments. The Tesco Clubcard reward offer is open to all new enrolments for the April 2011 intake onwards. Full terms and conditions are available on the RDI website at www.rdi.co.uk/tescorewards.
