Charlotte has attended the 9-day Estate Agency All-Stars course with renowned estate agency trainer Julian O’Dell of TM Training, where she and a number of other successful applicants with other firms were introduced to all areas of estate agency, from legislation and carrying out viewings to handling fee enquiries and converting valuation opportunities. Charlotte has demonstrated real potential and I am really excited to welcome her on board to our Rickmansworth Lettings team.”
