I went to Sixth Form for a year and decided it wasn’t for me. So, I thought an apprenticeship would be a good stepping stone into working life, as well as gaining qualifications at the same time.
I have learnt a lot of skills that I would not have done if I had stayed in education and it has made me more aware of how a business works. Business Admin has given me the basic tools to do any type of office job and going forward, I can move into a more specialised area within Morgan Sindall.
After this apprenticeship, I will be doing another apprenticeship in learning and development, again with Morgan Sindall.
