We will continue to strive to create a culture and environment where everyone feels empowered and more importantly comfortable enough to bring their full, authentic selves to work.

Job Description

We’re seeking a bright and curious apprentice to join our Brand Strategy team. It’s a rare opportunity for a recent school leaver to immerse themselves in the world of branding and strategy.

Fundamentally, this role will involve research - delving deep into subjects relating to our clients, projects, industries, competitors, and more. However, our apprentice’s unique frame of reference, interests, and insights will be just as valuable - bringing fresh thinking and perspective to diverse projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to support client and project objectives - often extending beyond traditional brand strategy topics to encompass broader social, cultural, and industry trends
  • Assisting with competitive reviews, from capturing shelf shots and navigating product ranges to analysing competitor product portfolios.
  • Enriching projects by contributing research and insights from a wide array of subjects, potentially linking the subject matter to literature, pop culture, science, history, or other fields of interest. There’s no limit to what might inspire our work!
  • Working collaboratively with the brand strategy team to brainstorm, think deep, act quick.

The qualification that you will study and achieve on this apprenticeship is a Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive Apprenticeship.

The deadline to apply for this role is Friday 5th July.

The proposed start date for this role is September 2024.

Qualifications

  • A curious mind, with strengths in subjects requiring research and analytical skills.
  • A passion and interest for creative work or subjects.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Interest in and curiosity about the world around them, with the ability to look at things from a different perspective.
  • A positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute.
  • Basic knowledge or an interest in marketing, business, or similar would be advantageous but certainly not required - this is the kind of thing you can learn on the job.
  • Someone who can think outside the box and aren't afraid to share ideas.
  • Adaptability and an ability to adjust quickly to new tasks and projects.

In addition to this, we require all candidates to:

  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
  • At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • To not hold an undergraduate degree in any subject
  • To have not previously studied the course content
  • To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
