The Energy Experts are seeking a motivated Multi Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our team and spearhead the internal migration of our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to work closely with the team to gain hands-on experience in various facets of digital marketing.

At The Energy Experts, we’re on a mission to shake up the energy sector one solar panel at a time! We kicked off our journey in March 2023 with a simple yet powerful mission: to revolutionise the solar PV installation sector. Since then, we’ve grown into a trailblazer in the industry, focusing not just on the North-East but on serving solar solutions nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing Google AdWords campaigns to enhance our online visibility and drive traffic to our website
• Curating and maintaining engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
• Assisting in the creation of creative content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to support marketing initiatives
• Contributing to the development and execution of a comprehensive blogging strategy to increase organic traffic and establish thought leadership in the industry
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven analysis

Desirable skills:

• A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5 pm and Friday 9am to 4pm

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
