About us:
At Envera, our mission goes beyond technology — we’re about genuinely transforming how businesses operate and helping people thrive. We help businesses stay ahead by implementing AI-powered automation, intelligent phone systems, full business software, and broadband — all integrated in a way that actually works for the people using them, making their daily work more meaningful and less stressful.
We specialize in creating smart, human-led technology solutions that save time, reduce admin, and increase business performance. But here’s what sets us apart: we truly listen to our clients’ challenges and design solutions around their real needs, not just what’s trendy. Our clients don’t just want flashy tools — they want outcomes that improve their teams’ lives and business success. That’s what we deliver.
Overview:
We’re now hiring a Marketing Executive Apprentice who shares our passion for helping businesses transform through meaningful relationships and technology solutions that genuinely improve people’s working lives.
This is strategic, relationship-driven marketing rooted in genuine human connection and real transformation. You’ll be connecting with business owners, managing directors, and key decision-makers to understand their challenges and explore whether our technology solutions can genuinely help them succeed. You’ll build authentic relationships, facilitate meaningful demos, and create opportunities that benefit both parties.
This role is about being a trusted advisor and opening doors for our team. You’ll discover what’s keeping business leaders up at night, what frustrates their teams, and how technology might genuinely improve their operations and workplace culture. You’ll be mentored in how to present solutions like AI, automation, telecoms, and business software in ways that resonate with people’s real needs and concerns — always with their best interests at heart.
This is a hands-on, people-focused marketing role for someone who wants to build confidence, commercial insight, and long-term expertise while making a meaningful difference in how businesses operate. If you’re someone who genuinely cares about people’s success, finds fulfilment in solving real problems, and believes that business should be about creating value for everyone involved, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Your role is to create genuine commercial opportunities by connecting with business leaders: managing directors, decision-makers, and ambitious business owners who want to improve their operations and team experiences through technology.
- You’ll connect via phone, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face — always approaching conversations with curiosity and genuine interest in how our technology solutions might help address their challenges.
- You’ll book meetings with qualified prospects and create high-quality leads for our team, ensuring that every conversation creates real pipeline opportunities.
- The insights you gather from conversations will directly shape our wider marketing and branding strategies, ensuring we’re always focused on what truly matters to the people we serve.
- You won’t just pass leads to the team; you’ll be integral to the feedback loop that helps us refine our approach, innovate future campaigns, and ensure we’re always putting people’s needs first.
What you’ll learn:
- This role will teach you how to market with integrity — how to approach people with genuine curiosity, deeply understand business challenges, and connect them with technology solutions that serve their needs.
- You’ll develop into a confident communicator who knows how to build trust, a commercially sharp thinker who understands what drives real business success, and someone who creates meaningful impact through authentic relationships.
Required skills:
- Empathetic communication – You’re naturally interested in people and comfortable engaging authentically, whether on the phone, in person, or online.
- Relationship management – You value long-term connections and can nurture relationships without being pushy.
- Genuine curiosity – You ask thoughtful questions because you truly want to understand what drives business success and how to help.
- Ethical approach – You’re comfortable walking away from opportunities that aren’t genuinely beneficial for the client.
- Collaborative mindset – You enjoy working with others and see marketing as a team effort focused on mutual success.
- Puts people first – You genuinely care about helping others succeed and find fulfilment in solving real problems.
- Values integrity over quick wins – You’d rather build one meaningful relationship than create ten opportunities that don’t serve the client.
- Is emotionally intelligent – You can sense what people need and adjust your approach to make them feel heard and understood.
- Is motivated by purpose – You want your work to make a positive difference in people’s lives and businesses.
- Enjoys deep conversations – You’d rather understand someone’s real challenges than stick to surface-level small talk.
- Leads with service – You see your role as helping and advising first, with opportunities naturally following from genuine value creation What We Offer Beyond competitive compensation, you’ll join a team that genuinely values doing right by people. You’ll work in an environment where your character matters as much as your results, where asking “How can we truly help this client?” is always the right question, and where building authentic relationships is recognized and rewarded.
