Overview:
We are an exciting, expanding organisation searching for a Marketing Executive Apprentice to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete your apprenticeship. 
Your role will include developing engaging content to boost our online presence.

Our Expectations:
You’ll represent YCP with professionalism and ensure that everything our customers see, hear, and feel is of the highest standard.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Duties: [Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, your primary responsibilities will involve:] 

• Ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all customer touchpoints, adhering to YCP brand guidelines 
• Planning, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms  
• Leading our email marketing efforts using Mailchimp, crafting engaging and effective campaigns 
• Writing captivating blogs and news posts for our website 
• Analyzing and reporting on marketing data to drive insights and improvements 
• Keeping our website updated and fresh using the Storyblok platform 
• Assisting the Head of Marketing with press advertising, press releases, staff communications, and sales literature 
• Managing budgets with precision, utilizing your Excel expertise 
• Managing point-of-sale design briefs and oversee the manufacturing process 

About You / What we are looking for:

• Willingness to get stuck in/get involved 

Essential: 
Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required - as the role involves travelling.

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:
37.5hrs a week -- you need to have the availability to work Monday to Friday -- [with occasional weekend shifts]

Future prospects:
