Responsibilities:
- Supporting the marketing team in delivering campaigns for both live and digital events.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including banners, adverts, and digital assets.
- Preparing and scheduling social media posts using platforms such as Buffer.
- Maintaining and optimising event websites, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
- Assisting in email campaign management.
- Collecting and analysing data from various channels (email, social media, website) to inform reporting and optimise performance.
- Engaging with external and internal stakeholders, supporting event promotion and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Exploring and expanding on social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter (X), and Instagram.
- Occasionally attending national events to support the on-site marketing team and manage live promotional activities.
Desirable skills:
- Previous marketing exposure.
- Understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and website management.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Buffer, and Cvent is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- A team player with a proactive mindset, able to handle multiple projects in a busy environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Willing to travel for national/international events.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
