Overview:

As part of the Office Admin team, the multi-channel marketer will primarily contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company whilst providing customer service and administrative support.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to:] 

• Have responsibility for all marketing activities both on and offline.
• Enhance the groups social media/online presence - including sourcing content to share, helping to create content, tracking and measuring social media efforts.
• Creating content for newsletters and promotional material that is both informative and engaging.
• Create and deliver direct marketing campaigns that add value to the business and are within budget
• Develop comprehensive strategies for new product launches or new business ventures that ensure the target market are well informed.
• Segment and record customer data to allow more targeted marketing
• Create, amend and deliver content online to the company website to maximise SEO
• Have the ability to lead re-branding activities when required to include presenting conceptual designs for approval to the senior management team.

What we are looking for: 

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ideally have an understanding of Agriculture.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work on projects.
• Strong/fluent oral and written English skills.
• Live near or willing to relocate near to UK Head Office (Crediton, Devon).
• Valid UK driving licence.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

• The role will be office-based at our Crediton HQ, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5:00pm.

Salary:

• £15,000 per annum
