Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship

Our 3-year Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship, based in one of our 17 sites across the UK, involves providing top-quality food and the freshest produce to the community and working towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant management career within our outstanding food retail business. Not only do we pay any course fees, but you also earn a starting salary of £22,000!

Achieve a valuable degree and the start of a great career

Join us as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice and work across a variety of manufacturing teams to gain an understanding of equipment, processes and technologies. Gain hands-on experience, learning from skilled team members from all areas of the site. Day-to-day tasks that you will be responsible for could include:

·       Running production lines and leading our production teams

·       Providing support at our Flowerworld site at peak trading times, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

·       Finding solutions to improve the efficiency of production lines

As well as learning on-the-job, if in England, you’ll also be studying towards a Bsc (Hons) in Chartered Management at the University of Bradford, or a BA (Hons) Business Management Degree Apprenticeships with University of Strathclyde if in Scotland. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, Apprentices could be prepared for a Shift Manager role on one of our sites and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Make good things happen

Our apprentices get access to all our employee benefits, including a holiday buying scheme, contributary pension scheme, store discounts and MyPerks. This is a reward and benefits scheme that updates regularly with new and exciting offers. Here’s what could be available:

·       24% cashback on JustEat

·       6% cashback on Ticketmaster

·       Cinema tickets from £4.80
