Overview:
InTouch Systems are now looking to take on an enthusiastic and motivated IT Apprentice to join our IT team. You will gain experience of supporting clients who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with IT applications, products or services.
Reporting to the IT Manager you will gain experience of dealing with first line support requests and where necessary escalating complex or high priority issues to second line support.
You will be working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

Desired skills and qualities:
Highly essential:
A basic working knowledge of the latest Windows operating systems and a basic working knowledge of the latest MS Office applications.
You need to be able pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Entry requirements:
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
