Overview:
Here, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Level 3 IT Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship.
You will be supporting the technical team, providing 1st line support - both onsite and offsite.
There will be a program of working with other team members in the field providing technician days and completing installations.

Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle would be highly beneficial - as the role involves travelling to different sites.
Entry requirements:
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
Working week: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
