HR Data Admin Apprentice

Role Overview:

As a Data Administrator Apprentice, you will assist in managing data systems, ensuring accuracy, and supporting various administrative functions. This apprenticeship provides training in data management, IT systems, and office administration.

Pay Structure:

  • Under 18 - £13K per annum
  • 18 to 20 - £17K per annum
  • 21 and over - £17K for the first year and then £22,308 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general correspondence and data reporting.
  • Maintain and update data within CRM and HR systems (HRMIS).
  • Support data entry and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Liaise with external providers (travel companies, hotels, etc.).
  • Assist in managing diaries and scheduling for key personnel.
  • Review and update onboarding processes and HR policies.
  • Organise internal events and support HR initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance systems and uphold information security policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Interest in data management and IT systems with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of information management systems (CRMs) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Awareness of employment law (desirable but not essential).

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
