About the Course
The hospitality team member apprenticeship covers a broad range and includes those working behind bars, in restaurants, conferences and banqueting and cafes to more specialist roles such as barista, housekeeping, food preparation and concierge. The focus of this apprenticeship is a high standard of customer service and quality of service.
