Digital Support Apprentice

ToolSaver is a collection of trade counter depots throughout the UK supplying today's tradespeople with the necessary tools, accessories and equipment at competitive prices. We are looking to recruit a Digital Support Apprentice into our busy office environment. To assist your learning on the job you will be enrolled into a 12-month instructor led apprenticeship programme run by QA.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work as first response, managing a central mailbox on Outlook and incoming phone calls through Teams, escalating where required.
  • Become a super-user of Salesforce, updating and maintaining accurate customer records including contact information, and tracking any potential sales opportunities.
  • In this role you will utilize bespoke software Sage 200 to an expert level, where you will have an advanced level of access to stock management, raising customer invoices and updating databases.
  • You will utilise all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite to an expert level. Using this suite, you will contribute to creating financial reports, generating presentations for management and creating invoices for clients.
  • You will become a super-user in all bespoke software’s mentioned, Salesforce, Sage 200, Microsoft Suite and Big Commerce, over the full duration of your apprenticeship. Resulting in an expert level of knowledge, where you will be able to provide guidance on these systems where necessary to other parts of the business.
  • Provide general support throughout the office where required.

  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using office software like Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail
  • All applicants must be self-motivated, enthusiastic with a keen willingness to learn.
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with colleagues and visitors is essential. 

Salary: £16,640 per annum.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
