Overview:

Due to continued success an amazing and rare opportunity has become available for a motivated person to join Taskmaster Resources as their apprentice. Taskmaster looking to expand their office team at their East Kilbride site due to continued growth of new clients and a larger increase within candidate demand.

Responsibilities:

• Use search engines and LinkedIn to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Enter relevant business information into 'Profile,' our CRM system, where you'll become a superuser and play a vital role in managing client data efficiently.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling call overflows, triaging inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Participate in meetings, pitches, and client interactions, delivering excellent presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint. Take part in meetings, pitches, and client interactions, delivering high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. You will report to the Business Development Manager, who will take ownership of the ongoing client relationship.
• Produce marketing mailers using Canva to attract candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging X to build and enhance our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.
• Meet potential candidates within the office and sense check and update their records against “Profile”.
• Attend job fares and meetings with new and existing clients with the Business Development Manager.

• Full driver’s license with access to own car – able to claim back mileage.

Salary: £25,000 per annum (with regular reviews based on performance).

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch break.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
