Position Overview:
Due to growth in the team, Linian are looking to onboard a Digital Support Apprentice within their sales and finance team. The candidate will support a variety of departments with digital duties with constant mentoring and training and excellent career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Become a systems expert on our bespoke ERP System – Cin7 – to process sales orders. You will also use Cin7 to manage stock levels and log information
• Upload and process invoices to finance system, Xero
• Digital filling using Sharepoint
• Uploading staff rotas using Breath HR
• Writing letters on Microsoft Word on behalf of directors (dictated)
• Communicating internally and externally via email using Microsoft Outlook
• Note taking and meeting facilitation

Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. (37.5hrs a week)

Salary:
£14,722.50 per annum.
