Digital Support Apprentice

Asco are a leading fire safety protection specialist and they are delighted to be on the hunt for an exciting individual to join their team as a digital support apprentice. 
With their expertise, equipment and UK-wide business, they can help you meet compliance regulations while protecting both people and property. 

Within the role you will complete an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support programme whilst working towards gaining a full-time position.

What will I be doing? 

  • Running credit queries using Microsoft Dynamics and working to become a super user of the application. 
  • Running invoice queries and processing these on Microsoft Dynamics. 
  • Processing quotes using a system called Legasuit. 
  • Acting as a first responder for engineer support, raising call outs for them, rescheduling missed appointments and general diary management whilst offering on call support. 
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for fire safety inspections, installations, and maintenance. 
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation. 
  • Using Sage Pay to process orders and invoicing. 
  • Collaborating with internal staff using Microsoft Teams. 
  • Sending emails using Outlook.

  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good problem-solving skills 

Salary:
£17,500 per annum. 

Working week:
37.5 hrs a week, 

  • Monday – Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, 
  • Friday will be from 8:45am – 4pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
