Digital Support Apprentice

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a first point of contact and provide helpdesk support for internal account managers to help resolve their queries
  • You will become a user expert in Salesforce which you will use to provide quotations for clients by pricing different packages, discounts and logging business opportunities for account managers
  • Daily use of Microsoft Excel to input business pipelines for account managers and preparing business reports by evaluating opportunity data
  • You will also collaborate with wider business stakeholders using Teams to answer messages and calls along with Outlook. You will also use PowerPoint when supporting account managers ahead of client presentations
  • Managing shared email inbox to make sure all emails are answered, and service levels are being met
  • Use of Clari system to close off any opportunities

Salary:

£18,500 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
