Digital Support Apprentice

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Learning to use ‘Profile’ – our CRM system- to upload applications, and completed reference checks
  • Designing marketing mailers on Canva and distributing them with Outlook
  • Working on our social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
  • Making timesheets through Microsoft 365 package and inputting payroll and holidays onto “Profile”
  • Selecting candidates using CRM and contacting them via Outlook
  • Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the CRM system

  • Excellent computer skills – these will be enhanced with your apprenticeship training

Salary:

With an excellent starting apprentice salary of £18,000 per annum and regular reviews based on performance this is a role that is not to be missed.  After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 8am-5pm – one hour for lunch

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
