Digital Support Apprentice

Our client is looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join their Castle Douglas office. They offer a wide range of services for people, including help with practical tasks such as housework, shopping and collecting prescriptions. They offer companionship and handyman services too! Responsibilities:

  • Using ColdHarbour, an internal system that is used for staff rotas, managing enquiries and invoices
  • Managing staff tasks, invoices and expenses
  • Capturing data and tasks using Birdie (CRM System)
  • Maintaining health records using Citrix
  • Daily communication with care workers to ensure data is correct
  • Managing and scheduling diaries using Microsoft Outlook
  • Supporting with quality questionnaires, created on Microsoft Word then gathering feedback and creating a visual analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Managing inbound/outbound calls and maintaining call records
  • Developing a knowledge of legislation and regulations in the care industry through research conducted via internet explorer and internal e-learning

You will need the following skills:

  • Courteous and with a professional manner
  • Excellent communications skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Passionate, can-do attitude and desire to progress
  • Ability to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills

Salary:

£12,000 per annum – this will increase to £16,000 on completion of apprenticeship

Working week:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
