Meraki Talent is a recruitment consultancy specialising in connecting professionals with employers across various sectors, including financial services, professional services, and industry and commerce.

They are currently looking for a Digital Recruitment Apprentice to join their team based in Edinburgh.

What’s involved?

  • Working in the business resource team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
  • Becoming the business superuser of Jobadder a recruitment software platform designed for recruiters, working collaboratively across teams supporting colleagues where required.
  • Becoming an expert in LinkedIn recruiter, supporting colleagues with business development.
  • Managing shared diaries through Outlook for recruiters across the business.
  • Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients.
  • Sending Mailshots through outlook to attract new candidates.

What do they need from you? 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Great organisation skills and willing to learn. 

Salary: £15,704 - £20,800 per annum (depending on age).

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
