Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to join the NARS team.

The role focusing on creating high quality, relevant and engaging creative content for our digital channels (social media and web), you will play a key role in enhancing and expanding our social media and online platforms, helping us to develop a Strategic Development Plan. You will work closely with the NARS team.

We are looking for a creative, driven and innovative individual - someone who is passionate about creating long lasting experiences and elevating our NARS brand enabling us to engage with new and existing Members and the wider industry. Our new Digital Content Creator will have a creative flair, allowing you to think outside the box!

This role may include occasional evening and weekend work to cover events as needed.

This a role that may suit someone working in a yard and looking to evolve into this area of work, this can be discussed with a view of a part time or self-employed role covering around 8-10 hours work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Filming:
Filming engaging video content at our office and various project locations.
Capturing behind-the-scenes footage, project walkthroughs, educational videos, and team updates.

Video Editing:
Produce and edit long-form videos (e.g., YouTube, educational videos, project case studies).
Produce and edit short-form video content optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual quality, and messaging across all content.
Write captions to go with videos in the client tone of voice.
Transform talking head clips into dynamic, visually engaging content with text overlays, captions, transitions, effects and music.

Social Media Management:
Oversee the daily management of NARS social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms and track social media trends.
Collaborating with the NARS team to ensure a coherent social media strategy and timely delivery of content.
Suggest fresh, trend-led video concepts to help grow client visibility and engagement ensuring it resonates with our target audiences.
Community management – engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a vibrant online community.

Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, including social media and other online initiatives.
Provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimisations.
Regularly assess and refine strategies based on performance data and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience editing short-form & long -form video content for social media.
Strong understanding of current social trends.
Experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Confidence working with text animations, subtitles, transitions and sound.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.
