What does a Customer Service apprentice do?
Customer Service is at the heart of every part of a retailer’s business. If you are looking for a good entry level route into customer service, then this apprenticeship is for you. Apprentices build a good level of knowledge and skills in all areas of Retailer (dealership) activity which is why they offer so much potential.
You’ll be part of a team delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. You’ll be communicating and listening, building rapport and understanding our customers’requirements.
