Controls Analyst

Capita Public Service is seeking a Controls Analyst to work within the Controls Team of a large managed network outsource contract.

Are you an organised and methodical individual?

We are seeking a new team member with a processes driven mindset to manage compliance against a complex, multifaceted contract with a large government organisation. The purpose of the programme or project specialist is to provide specialist hands-on support for programme and project managers. They play a proactive role in knowledge management to promote programme and project management methods and standards, and the implementation of best programme and project management practice.

What you'll be doing :

  • Operationalising and running the Acceptance into Service (AIS) process, ensuring all necessary activities are completed, and the service we deliver to the customer has rigor and quality built in from the offset.
  • Continuous improvement of Capita's network Supplier Solution to ensure services and/or functions within the contract are being delivered, working with multiple Service Owners to validate and verify services, and putting in place mitigating actions to address non-compliant areas
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of account control procedures and tools tailored for access and WAN solutions in the transport industry.
  • Provide analytical support for account cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for change performance monitoring
  • Participate in account planning and review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in account controls.

What we're looking for :

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, MS Project and SharePoint skills
  • Power BI knowledge desirable
  • Strong communicator (written and oral)
  • Independent thinker who can take initiative
  • Experience working on WAN/LAN project is helpful
