Frontline Construction seeks an enthusiastic administrative apprentice to assist with their day-to-day office duties. The successful candidate for this role will collaborate closely with their admin and accounts manager and assist project managers where required.
Frontline Construction seeks an enthusiastic administrative apprentice to assist with their day-to-day office duties. The successful candidate for this role will collaborate closely with their admin and accounts manager and assist project managers where required.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the email inbox and allocating emails to the right team member
- Answering the phone and taking new calls from new clients and passing them on to the right team member to deal with
- Send out review requests and monitor reviews coming in
- Ensure payment plans are up to date
- Contact clients who have been provided with a quotation from one of our project managers by following a fixed sales process.
- Ensure invoices received are uploaded onto our QuickBooks system in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Provide high-quality customer service to current and new clients
- Further tasks may be required - ad hoc
Entry requirements
You will need:
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (C or above).

Training to be Provided
You will receive full Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard training.
You may also learn Functional skills in Maths and English if required.

You could be considered for a full-time position or a higher Apprenticeship upon completion
