About the role:

As a Level 3 AI Apprentice at Envera you’ll be joining a team that’s redefining how technology supports people. You will need to learn how to think critically solve real problems and build smart solutions that actually work.

You’ll be trusted with responsibility early on working on real client systems internal tools and AI powered automations. Expect to work across platforms like ChatGPT Claude Zapier Botpress and more helping design workflows streamline processes and shape the way businesses operate.

You’ll be surrounded by people who are hungry to improve who ask what’s next not what’s the minimum. If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership spots patterns others miss and gets satisfaction from building something better this is your place.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of AI driven solutions for SMEs across the UK
• Assist in building and testing simple automation workflows
• Learn to connect systems using tools like Zapier ChatGPT and Botpress
• Help streamline day to day operations with smart repeatable processes
• Maintain and improve Envera’s own internal AI tools
• Collaborate with developers and project leads to deliver real impact
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends platforms and tools

Entry requirements: 

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject. 

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). 

• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject. 

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37 hours per week)
