Digital Marketing Apprentice

Our bespoke, clinically led solutions are designed to support NHS Trusts and private hospitals in tackling workforce shortages and reducing diagnostic delays, ensuring patients receive timely, accurate diagnoses.

Overview:

As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team and develop hands-on experience across marketing and assisting in enhancing Atlas’ brand and business expansion across the UK.

You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to support the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, including campaign development, digital strategy, content creation, and market research. You’ll be joining the business at an exciting time of growth, as we expand across the UK with a new programme of monthly educational events and prepare to relaunch our website with a full redesign.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email marketing, newsletters and blogs.
  • Social media monitoring and analytics.
  • Help organise and support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.
  • Support SEO efforts, website content updates, and performance tracking using Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in building content calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assist in copywriting for marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required skills:

  • A genuine interest in marketing and B2B business environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and use tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics.
  • Proficient understanding and use of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving ability.

Additionally, the following experience would be beneficial:

  • Experience using social media or content tools personally or professionally.
  • Experience and interest in video creation and editing.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
