Overview:
The purpose of the role is to ensure that MHRA have systems and MI reporting, to support the People Function and Agency with MHRA employee records and transactions. Working alongside the workforce data analyst and People Systems Analyst in ensuring data and system integrity and where needed with looking for and supporting enhancements to increase user and organisational effectiveness.
The role will be responsible for suggesting, supporting or designing new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing People systems and People reports (currently Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, OBIEE, Fusion Data Intelligence tools and Taleo Learn) and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity. Supporting the workforce data analyst in ensuring data integrity, statuary report requirements and where needed with reporting enhancements to increase user and organisational effectiveness.

As well as development and real-world experience in HCM, ATS solutions and workforce analytics, there is opportunities to be involved in ad-hoc project work and exposure to business processes outside of the People function. Opportunities to develop a career not only within the digital space, but also People (HR) training opportunities, shadowing opportunities across the Agency and exposure to Civil Service ways of working.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be eligible to apply for permanent positions within MHRA and other government departments, building a long-term career in digital systems, data, or HR operations.
