Aspiration Training have been working with Kaleidoscope childcare LTD for the last 3 years. Over this time they have been an important part of our goal to have a developing and well trained work force.
Aspiration training have provided us with apprentices who are reliable and have a genuine passion to work with children. Our apprentices have mostly gone on to stay with us at the end of their apprenticeship due in part to their mentoring from Jackie Margetts who is an inspirational mentor. She helps apprentices of all abilities to have the confidence to believe in their own development and is always available to talk to.
The team that we liaise with include Rachel Bent, Jackie Margetts and Alan Lovett who have all been professionals and supportive in their work to bot the apprentices and the nursery.
We would recommend Aspiration training to other early years settings as they deliver every time. We hope to continue to work with Aspiration Training for many years to come.
