Megan Whitehouse Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice
7 years ago

“I studied Marketing at University – it was fun, but wasn’t challenging.

I researched Unilever and their Apprenticeship scheme. Being accepted was really exciting for me and my mum!

There are many things I enjoy about my Unilever apprenticeship, but most important is the constant learning. I’ve been involved in projects and gained new skills. I love learning, and doing that every day while working and earning is something I care a lot about.

I’ve had every opportunity to make the most of this experience and because I was willing to try new things and challenge myself, I learnt a lot and developed and matured.

My apprenticeship is worth much more than just being great for my CV – it’s given me confidence, an understanding of the business, more responsibility than I thought I’d ever get, and some life-long friends.

Having completed my apprenticeship in Business Admin, I’m now working towards my Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. If I hadn’t become a Unilever apprentice, I don’t think I would have had this opportunity.”
